Description
Web Analytics Manager required by the retail arm of a global bank based in London. The successful candidate will be required to create strategies for sales growth using re targeting, segmentation, and predictive analytics. You will join part of a busy Digital Sales team to extract and transform online and offline data to increase sales and improve customer experience, develop the Digital Banking data strategy and service Digital Banking's web analytics data needs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Web analytics experience is essential, Webtrends is preferred
* Proven track record of working with and developing either online or offline data warehouses is an advantage but not essential
* Project management
* Ability to analyse performance and provide recommendations
* Basic knowledge of new media marketing techniques
* Good relationship management skills
* Eye for detail and ability to critique
* Understanding of the importance of Risk and Rigour Management and Corporate Governance, including regulated practices
