Description
A large financial services client based in Cheshire area require a Customer Support Analyst. To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must have the following experience.
The role will involve the following under the strict adherence to group IT Security standards:
o Certificate management
Conduct any work in alliance to the principles & standards within cryptographic services.
Comply to the current KPI processes & procedures, improving processes where necessary to ensure:
* Protection against reputations/financial loss and service failure;
The core purpose of this role is to:
* Ensure that all certificates that are likely to expire in 2011 are renewed & all customers needs are serviced.
Basic understanding of IT
Experienced attention to detail
Being able to follow process
