We are looking for a Implementation Analyst to join our fortune 100 company. The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the execution of requirements for efficient implementations of Kronos, Web Time Keeping, and VMS technologies for our various clients. This role works closely with other Project Managers as well as many other cross-functional teams including Front-end business and IT professionals, Payroll, Field Office, Sales, Software Vendors and Clients on the implementation of Time Capture application configuration.

This role leads and drives business-side objectives working closely with IT and Software Vendors in defining, planning troubleshooting issues as well as to implement application enhancements. The implementation analyst serves as the subject matter expert on the portfolio of technologies. The Implementation Analyst utilizes relationships with vendors to influence and provide guidance on enhancements to their technology in effort to meet our clients needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related.
  • 5 years business experience in a role that required in-depth feasibility, financial or data analysis; expertise in one or more technical systems, including input and participation in testing activities; developing action plans for large-scale implementation of new or enhanced processes or technologies.
  • 1-2 years experience working within operational environment not required but preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology applications-VMS preferred

  • Ability to identify platform strategy and direction, implementation requirements, and application features and functionality
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate best practices for implementing and supporting online applications
  • Ability to execute on plans developed for integration into existing business processes
  • Strong communication skills related to problem solving, issue resolution and training users.
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
  • Requires very high-level verbal & written skills.
  • Strong understanding of/experience with integrated business systems such time capture applications & payroll processing, general ledger, accounts receivable and invoicing/billing.
  • Proficiency in office technologies including MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint; Visio; Outlook; and company databases.
