A leading Financial Services company is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator for 3mnths initially with prospects of extension. Working in a medium sized company, with strong customer service focus, they are looking for an experienced and resourceful Systems Administrator to manage the windows and VMware environment and assist with the Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the Citrix environment.
- Work on medium sized projects to enhance the system, for example design and implement clustered file Servers across datacenters, migrate systems across datacenters.
- Resolution of incidents and requests.
- Proactively identify, analyze and resolve problems to optimize system.
- Design and implement solutions as agreed with the business.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance the environment.
- Assist with the management of the Linux environment.
Skills
- 4-5+yrs experience managing Windows environment
- Extensive experience in a VMware environment
- Server Technology installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support
- Experienced in monitoring and server management techologies.
Desirable
- Exchange
