Operational Consultant/Coach
6 month contract

Located in San Jose CA
The Operational Consultant will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and Marketing Operations for Customer Engagement. This person will coach, evaluate, and assess the 8 Project teams on their content, development and delivery to develop charter templates/goals/structure presentations for their internal client projects. This person will assess and evaluate written content; key milestones and pro-actively manage project scheduling and review work plans. The ideal candidate would be someone from a PMO/Program Management background and be able to evaluate what is in place for marketing project execution and to assess and make recommendations/enhancements to the project.
