Office Manager (Maternity Contract) £ per hour
Our client, a small boutique Investment House, is seeking a professional office manager to look after the day to day running of the office. This exciting position has come about due to the current office manager going on maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months. The position will initially be a 12 month contract with the role likely to turn into a permanent placement after the contract comes to an end. The right candidate will also be asked to provide PA duties to some of the team so experience in an Office Manager/PA role is a must in order to be successful.
Other Office Manager duties will include - liaising with landlords and contractors, dealing with office moves, responsible for ordering stationary, sorting and distributing post and reception duties. This will be a hands on role so our client seeks someone who is happy to undertake tasks no matter how big or small.
