Property Sales Administrator - Part time - Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, 10am - 3pm (15 hours per week)
As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for actively marketing office space. You will have previous Sales and Marketing experience, gained ideally within residential or commercial property sectors. Tasks will include:
Key Tasks:
* Lead Generation
* Maintaining pipeline and process
* Promoting available space to local firms, property agents and 3rd party referral sources
* Managing price lists and sales/marketing collateral
* Conducting tours and site inspections
* Networking
* Reporting on activity and progress
Skills/Attributes Required
* Create and modify documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good organisational, reporting and administrative skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
* Self Starter with ability to work on own initiative
* Flexible approach and attitude
* Excellent attention to detail and clarity of communications
* Excellent customer services standards with a proactive and "can do" attitude
* To ensure the confidentiality of all the company's and clients' documentation and information
* To be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the company's procedures
* To undertake any specific training when/if required to do so
