My client, a leading Investment Bank, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Business Analyst with strong full life cycle experience within complex Finance Change programs. In this role you will be responsible for the analysis of existing product specific front to back business processes and the application of new policies and procedures specified by the existing TOM. You will be required to run process driven projects end to end and liaise with various areas of the business including line Product Controllers, Front Office stakeholders, Finance and Operations in order to implement said procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven detailed experience as a structured Senior Business Analyst on a similarly complex product specific project within Investment Banking
- Outstanding analysis skills with the ability to understand and document existing processes and implement new procedures
- Proven ability to run end to end projects autonomously
- Strong understanding of Product Control front to back
- Strong product experience preferably within Fixed Income, Emerging Markets or Credit Trading
- In depth understanding of front to back data flows and processes within Investment Banking
- Proven ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to Director level
