Our client is a large Professional Services company, and they are looking for a Security Technical Architect/Security Architect, to join their team on a client engagement. This work will be focussing on Network/Security infrastructure architecture design, where you will help deliver a range of projects.
As the Security Specialist you will be performing IT Network and Security infrastructure architecture design, and will evaluate project requirements and develop architecture solution according to policy and standards. You will also be responsible for the project's end-to-end network security compliance. You will work in multiple engineering teams, developing the Network Security Detailed Design for the project, and provide architecture guidance to the project implementation team throughout the project life cycle.
For this role your background as Security Architect or Security Designer you will need previous experience in an IT Architect role and have a strong understanding of Security principles associated with networks, Internet, operating systems, Firewalls, VPNs, databases, virus management or intrusion detection. You will require strong experience in all aspects of Microsoft Windows, systems administration and security tools, and Microsoft networking technologies. You will be experienced in implementation and management of network/security tools and processes within a large, enterprise environment.
