MS Office 2010 Trainer, 5 months, Canary WharfWe are looking for self-motivated experienced IT trainers to work closely with a team of trainers working on a global project to move users from Windows XP and Office 2003 to Windows 7 and Office 2010
Responsibilities:
Delivery of MS Office 2010 training to individuals and groups in a live business environment. This includes migration specific training and short presentations on elements of MS Outlook and Office 2010
Creation of tip sheets and other documentation
Creation of MS Office 2010 short training courses
Floor-walking once a team has been migrated
Helping with scheduling users, booking rooms, general co-ordination
Essential experience:
Solid experience in IT training
Delivery of training in a variety of formats: classroom, 1 to1, virtual
Excellent knowledge of Windows 7
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite 2003 and 2010
Very experienced in MS Outlook 2010
Good communication and documentation skills (verbal and written)
Must be smart and professional
