Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day today oversight of the office operations including 3rd party vendor management. Address all incoming calls that may come through (all of the calls are currently through a call management company)

Responsible for management of the shipping and receiving/compliance vendor for EMEA.

Vendor management includes, coordinating and scheduling janitorial, office supplies, beverage and food service, general support and misc. maintenance. As directed from Facilities Specialist

The Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for submitting all invoices relating to Facilities related costs to AP.

To act as the primary liaise with the building Landlord and Property Management Company to address property and building issues and escalate to Facilities Specialist where applicable

Working with the various employee groups onsite for meeting room bookings and client bookings/events.

Ensuring that all meeting rooms and general office area is kept tidy at all times

The Facilities Administrator will also act as a general resource or able to coordinate resources to support the various employee groups within the site on an as-needed basis.
