This dynamic organization is seeking an addition to the team of 8. The candidate will need to have solid experience with SQL and the ability to write basic queries. The candidate will need to be able to improve basic SQL queries and be comfortable reporting, creating reports based on data pulls.
The candidate will need to be able to work in a fasted paced environment with tight time lines.
Description:
Senior Data Analysts develop solutions for unpredictable and varied problems. Perform correction of errors involve working with senior managers across the enterprise and/or outside companies. This individual will need to deep dive into the multiple data feeds and analyze data that will be used for downstream processes. Good communication and consultative skills a must. This candidate will be working in a multi-database, fast paced, collaborative, War Room, team environment that requires high levels of personal interaction with other team members and the customer.
Technical Skills Required
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills and Exhibit strong data analysis skills
- Identify, review, and evaluate existing data structures.
- Construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams and documents the process.
- Identify and document data quality issues and data patterns.
- Write code for database access, modification and construction including stored procedures.
- Identify and report risks throughout the life of the project and provide mitigation strategy for those risks
- Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks may lead and direct the work of others.
Technical Skills:
Strong Excel skills also required.
Knowledge of SSIS is a bonus but not required.
