Description
One of our clients in the insurance industry is looking for a Network Specialist to come on board for a 3 month contract starting in late September. Hourly rate will be between $50-55/hr and no travel will be involved.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience with Avaya IC (particularly with fact check, Scan, e mail and voice) and they will be the team's go-to IC person. They will always know experience with Avaya Gateways, modular messaging, VOIP Network, data network technology, and come from an interaction centre background.
This person will not only be responsible for programming and management of the IC but as well preparing support documentation. Overtime will be necessary.
