Content Manager
Write content for letters sent out to new account holders
Understand/define the "business logic" for the system - example - which letter gets sent out to a customer who opens an account but doesn't bring their passport? which letter gets sent out for customers with a joint account?
Job Description:
Manage all letter and email templates sent to customers for a range of banking products
Work with Business Analysts to agree logic and ensure that copy is drafted for all logic
Draft all copy working with product teams, legal, compliance and other stakeholders to ensure copy is correct
Manage the approval of all copy with legal and compliance following an existing process
Work with offshore build colleagues to ensure copy is in place and tested
Work with fulfilment printer to ensure all letters are tested
Skills:
Copy writing experience essential Experience in financial services copy preferred Experience/understanding of logic involved in letters essential.
