My client, a leading global IT outsourcer and Business Solutions provider, has a permanent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join their team. Based in Macquarie Park the successful candidate will be responsible for the account Change and Release Management processes and procedures.
The main responsibilities of the position will include;
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of the account reporting and compliance verification
- Assisting in Conducting Post Implementation Reviews
- Operate and execute account procedures and Release Management Plans in accordance to the global processes
- Support and participate in all associated activities of the account Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Release Control Board (RCB)
- Assists the representation of both Change and Release Management in account specific audits
- Raise awareness of the Change and Release Management Process to the account and its relevant stakeholders
- Minimum 4 years experience within a Support Service Environment or participating in Change Management activities
- High Level Administrative experience and leadership skills
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills
- Excellent comprehension, written communication and organisational skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
