Description
Large defence company is looking for a Senior Engineer to perform design on a warship.
They are looking for:
- Degree/HND qualified
- Experienced design engineer required
- Design experience in the marine environment is strongly preferred
- Experience of fluid system design
- Capable of performing as Subject Matter Expert for given fluid systems, maintaining design intent through build phase.
- Competent in fluid dynamics and pressure/flow calculations
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Capable of preparing design related documentation as required to convey design intent
- Capable of reviewing design documentation/data and supplier documentation/data
- Knowledge of marine propulsion systems an advantage
