DESCRIPTION

The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Engineer is responsible for deployment, support, and administration of UCCX platforms for mid market and enterprise branch-office or departmental clients. Receive, own, and resolve fault/outage events related to UCCX/UCCE environments.

• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple complex customer environments.
• Ability to manage incident/outage events.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Experience with deployment and support of the following features:
