The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for the daily activities of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
  • Responsibilities:
    Administers, coordinates, and directs customer service operations and policies.
  • Trains and supervises CSRs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Typically requires three to five years experience with supervisory skills.
  • People and process management experience.
