Job Summary:
We are looking for a database-focused developer to join our client's Business Intelligence Group. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with Microsoft SQL Server experience. Working in the Business Intelligence group, the Database Developer will service the critical information and infrastructure needs across the organization. In this highly visible position, you will have the opportunity to design a solution handling the large data volumes. You will assist in analytics, as well as building and tuning queries.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Analysis Server and building cubes
- Create complex analytic queries on large data sets
- Create stored procedures, triggers, and functions
- Analyze trends in key metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in database development role
- Knowledge of T-SQL language & SQL Server database engine
- Experience performance tuning T-SQL queries, indexes, disk I/O, memory and CPU
- Strong communication skills a must
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of .NET Experience using Tableau software
- UI development experience (CSS, HTML5, Silverlight, graphics)
