Description
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Major Tenant Finance Analyst to join their team.
The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Producing and reviewing accurate and on-time financial and management reporting.
- Producing analytical reports for centres, GMs, Divisional Directors, MD and the Board as required.
- Producing actuals, forecasts, annual budgets and 5 year long term forecasts.
- Producing development project reports and analysis and joint venture reports as required.
- Providing decision support to key stakeholders
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- Considerable budgeting and forecasting experience
- A proven record of managing your deliverables through demanding periods
- Ability to engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess a can-do attitude
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
