Busy Greek restaurant in Toronto specializing in authentic gyros is looking for a Greek cook.
$25-$32/hr. with a 40+ hr. Work in a non-unionized environment. We will interview only applicants who meet the following requirements: 10 years experience as a Cook in a Greek restaurant in Greece, extensive knowledge of spicing and preparation of Gyros spit and Greek recipes with herbs and spices from Greece, understanding cooking temperature and specific condition of meat cutting, practical knowledge of recipe and content of Pita bread. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking Greek cuisine, training of new employees and hiring kitchen staff and must speak fluent Greek.
