This large Australian organisation is growing and is currently seeking experienced Service Desk Analyst with Level 1 experience to be part of a growing team that is responsible for support of MS Products.   You will be providing technical support to clients and resolving incidents on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.  You will have a high level of Customer Service capability, be able to show initiative and also be prepared to take ownership of customer issues. You will have been part of an IT help desk environment and have detailed experience resolving incidents.You will require previous experience of 6-12 months in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk Analyst roles or you maybe interested in taking on a short contract for a month or two supporting Microsoft technologies and you will have a strong customer service focus. You will need strong problem solving skills with Excellent Communication skills and a can do attitude to secure these new roles.This will be an initial 2 Month Contract and then you will be offered a Permanent role in the Team.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and successful organisation with several roles available.
