Description
A copy content manager is required for this leading financial services organisation based in Edinburgh. This is a contract position, initially for 3 months paying £250 per day.
Responsibilities will include;
Managing all letter and email templates sent to customers for a range of banking products.
Working closely with Business Analysts to agree logic and ensure that copy is drafted for all logic.
Drafting all copy working with product teams, legal, compliance and other stakeholders to ensure copy is correct.
Managing the approval of all copy with legal and compliance following an existing process.
Working with offshore build colleagues to ensure copy is in place and tested.
Working with fulfilment printer to ensure all letters are tested.
Background required;
Copy writing experience essential
Experience in financial services copy preferred
Experience/understanding of logic involved in letters essential
