A major investment bank is looking for a Service Manager to provide support to a major Network Service level management and assurance function.

The main responsibilities of the role are: to ensure network service performance fulfils the agreed service levels in the SLA and in the service catalogue; provide an interface between Regional Service and Billing Support and the Provider; to ensure the service catalogue fulfil the service requirements; to manage new and changed services; to ensure that all services between Customer and Provider are agreed; to ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLA) follow the SLA standard; to ensure the SLA are adjusted with the service catalogue and the Provider contract; escalate Service Assurance issues to the Provider; manage Customer complaints escalated to Service Assurance; regular controlling and regional reporting on performance of the Provider measured against SLA; assisting in quality assurance initiatives with the Provider (reviews, audits, service improvement programs); supporting Financial/Billing Management in Service Level Credit recovery from the Provider.

Candidates must be experienced and have an excellent understanding of network technology both from operational and deployment perspective; previous experience of outsourcing; a very strong background in investment banking; an advanced level of proficiency in MS PowerPoint and SharePoint.

ALL candidates MUST have recent experience of a similar role in an INVESTMENT BANKING environment.
