Description
A Service Catalogue Administrator/Service Delivery Analyst is required to join a Leading Service Provider based in North Ryde.In this role, you be responsible for managing an ICT Service Catalogue within the Organisations Online Service Catalogue and ordering tool.
Duties will include:
- Managing Service Catalogue content such as Service Catalogue Item Content
- Categorisation
- Pricing
- Life cycle management of Catalogue Items ranging from Service Objects to Business Service Catalogue items
- Import of external Vendor Services to Central Catalogue
- Contributing to the functional requirements of the service catalogue tool for Service improvement
- Incident management of Catalogue content related incidents
Experience Required:
- 3 years IT Service Delivery experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Service Catalogue administration experience (desirable)
