2.1.2 Maintenance§ Install Patches on specified SQL Server environments
§ Define maintenance plans for backup & retention policies
2.1.3 Backup§ Create backup plans as needed
§ Perform backups (automated or manual)
§ Restore backups
2.1.4 Reporting§ SQL Reporting Services Administration
§ SQL Reporting (SSRS) development
