Resource Coordinator - SC Clearance, Central Government, Sharepoint, MS Project
High profile public sector role based in London requires a Resource Coordinator for 6 months.
Detailed Requirements:
* Administer the Client Delivery the Authority to Hire processes
* Provide secretariat services for meetings
* Assist with documenting new procedures and processes
* Assist with resource allocation process
* Assist with production of MI
* Skills transfer
Qualifications:
* Good organisational skills.
* Good general administration skills.
* Must be experienced with core applications such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Good interpersonal and team player skills, working well with others and delivering results.
* Good analytical skills.
* Good technical ability in Excel, Access and Managing and prioritising workload and time effectively and being able to respond to changing priorities.
Desirable
* Sharepoint experience
* MS Project experience
The successful candidate for this role will require SC Clearance.
