DESCRIPTION:
Our client requires the services of a Microsoft Server Specialist, to provide deliverables including, but not limited to, the following:
Work on Core and Wide Area Network Projects
Work as part of the Network Engineering Networking LAN/WAN Team
Design and implement connectivity for Servers and other network endpoint devices
Capacity Planning
Develop testing strategies for throughput, redundancy, and latency with Networking and Server teams
Documentation - Build Books and Run Books
Knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts and internal technical resources.
Mandatory Project Experience:
The individual must have a minimum (6) years experience with Microsoft server/storage design and implementation
Microsoft MCSE or MCTS certification or higher
Experience with design and implementing Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization
Experience implementing HP Server and storage technologies
Experience with high availability clusters and dual-site data replication
Experience implementing enterprise Citrix infrastructures
Experience with server security configurationsNOTE:
