I am looking to recruit a strong Change Manager to do the following tasks for this massive multi-national company.
This position is focused on designing and delivering key Change Management deliverables and activities and supporting local engagement with strategic business partners in Emerging Markets. -
Develop a detailed Change Management strategy and plan for each emerging market country including Communications and Training activities in collaboration with business and IT subject matter experts, local resources and the training development group.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm impacts are incorporated in identification, plan, design and build
- Coordinate with the Business Architecture team to integrate approaches, plans and deli deliverables as needed to consolidate Change Management activities to the overall solution.
- Manage Change Management plan and map dependencies across engagements and initiatives.
- Assist with development of any identified Executive Sponsorship activities.
- Assist with material development and logistical planning for in-country and global engagement activities.
- Be able to partner with the PMO
- Provide Change Management leadership on stakeholder management, communications, and other specified needs under the jurisdiction of the PMO.
Minimum Skills Required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Microsoft Project
* Ability to work in cross-functional environment
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* Ability to demonstrate 'drive' from day 1 on paper (if necessary)
