Description
Our Client is a AAA Games studio looking for an experienced Unreal Content Creator.
You need to be a good level designer and builder and be able to script functionality.
Examples of work MUST be provided.
As a Content Creator you will be responsible for effectively implementing design docs, identify dependencies, and implement feedback. You will work with the Lead Level Designer and Lead Scripter to ensure the Design requirements are met, and to ensure that the levels are up to a high standard. This is a flexible role and the candidate must be able to switch between Designing Levels and Scripting them as needs arise.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to implement Kismet Sequences within provided levels, and implement missions to specification.
You must also be able to liaise with Combat, Travelling and Interaction Designers to ensure the mission requirements are being efficiently met.
Help shape and polish the gameplay within the levels to a high standard.
Meeting weekly work targets and milestones deliverables in a full production environment.
Requirements/Experience
2+ Years of Experience working in Games.
Proven experience in developing within the UDK environment.
Excellent understanding of Kismet and Matinee.
Experience with Designing Levels with Unreal Editor.
Good organization, problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to communicate well and work effectively within a team environment.
Must be enthusiastic and show a creative drive as well as passion for video games and storytelling.
Unreal Script, LUA, Java, C#, or other Scripting languages preferable.
Experience working within Source Control a bonus.
