Description
This organisation is currently seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Analyst to provide high-level client IT support services within agreed service levels to clients. This role is pivotal within IT for providing a strong level of customer service in completing incident and service requests.
As an IT Support Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd level telephone and some desktop support in a hosted Server and Software environment. You will Log all calls and assist in the delivery of high-level support for the SOE including operating systems, IT applications, peripherals and Video Conferencing and Voice systems from diagnosis to problem resolution.
Your background as a Senior Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Analyst will include the following:
- 3-5 Years experience working in a IT Support environment
- Demonstrated experience in a client focused environment with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in managing calls to service level agreements
- Strong technical experience in Windows XP to 2008 and Windows Servers
- Strong technical skills in Citrix, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Imaging Tools, Antivirus products
- Solid Video Conferencing and Voice skills
- Knowledge of ITIL
