The successful PA will be experienced in all phases of the project life cycle, and will have a track-record of end-to-end project process analysis - including mapping end to end business process for &As Is& and &To be& scenarios, authoring the Process Documents ie
Level 1 high level story board
Level 2 swim lane documents
Process Inventory Matrix - mapping level 1 to 4
Process Requirement Traceability Matrix.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years as a Process Analyst on medium to large scale programs, working within a structured project management methodology
Significant experience in planning and running process workshops
A proven track-record in taking ownership of the process stream of projects, driving process improvements when opportunities arise, and managing stakeholders and resolving conflict with minimal escalation
Significant experience in authoring Process Level 1 and 2 Specifications
Significant experience in conducting process to requirements/solution traceability throughout the project life cycle - including change request management
Customer Experience centric
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Telco industry experience in fixed, mobile digital and converged products
Experience in Level 3 and 4 business processes/work instructions
Experience in issue and risk management, and risk mitigation.
Experience in requirements verification - including support of SIT, UAT and BRT planning
Tertiary degree in business and/or technical discipline
Strong experience using MS Visio or other process tools
Lean Six Sigma experience
