A leading Global Asset Manager with a significant reach is seeking a strong Junior Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst to come on board in their highly renowned Front Office Trading team. The project will be to take charge of the analysis and testing stage of a new Greenfield implementation of Fidessa within their Equity Derivatives team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive exposure to Fidessa to take the important step to Project Management. Within this role, the successful candidate will take charge of around 20 analysts on a long term project within the client's equity derivatives field. The candidate will have extensive exposure of Front, Middle and Back Office techniques and be comfortable with extensive Day to day discussions with multiple board level stakeholders.

Management of the configuration and customization of analytical Reports to enhance system behaviour
Exceptional authoritive and leader mentality.
The Person - Fidessa Junior Project Manager -Front Office
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity derivatives business and markets
Derivative products life cycle - exchange traded, OTC and Equity products
Extensive analyst experience of mentoring a team of analysts in the equity derivatives space.
Primarily, and what is going to be most important to the client is that the successful Junior Fidessa Project Manager will be responsible for a group of analysts, therefore must not be afraid to assert authority upon members of their team. Also, they must strong communication skills as Stakeholder Liaison will be of upmost importance.
