Description
A Major global Insurance company is looking for a Solvency II Finance Data Business Analyst. The Solvency II Finance Data Business Analyst will join on of the largest workstreams on the Programme, and help facilitate the IT and Finance Data requirements for the IT & Data workstream. The successful candidate should demonstrate experience of Insurance and Solvency II, a deep understanding of data feeds and data quality, and be able to gain credibility with the Finance workstream and its associated Stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Working closely and in support of the Solvency II programme team, this business analyst will:
* Define and agree the management information required from the model to drive business uses.
* Provide input to the Solvency II team on the capabilities of the data requirements
* Define the output required from the data models to a level of detail required to build reports.
* Assume responsibilities for the gathering of accurate and concise data requirement, formulating technical specifications.
Required Experience
* Experienced business analyst working in finance organisation
* Strong Insurance background and experience of Solvency II
* Good verbal and written communications and strong analytical skills
