Description
Serve as lead technical team member for the implementation of a new suite of financial reporting tools and applications, including Essbase, OBIEE, OBIA, Hyperion Financial Management, FDM and Data Relationship manager (DRM) replacing the existing Peoplesoft, SQR system.
Leverage technical proficiency and versatility with the Oracle reporting tool set to ensure that implementation goals of Project Eclipse are met during the anticipated project timeline.
Create and/or support enterprise-wide project management standards for system design, implementation, and production deployment.
Participate in applicable design and development reviews to ensure tools are properly implemented and leveraged to efficiently and effectively meet business objectives.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated success in previous implementations of the Oracle suite of financial reporting tools and applications, specifically Essbase, OBIEE, OBIA, HFM, DRM and/or FDM, including hands-on experience configuring or leveraging these tools to develop effective business solutions.
Qualifications:
Education BS/BA degree required in an appropriate field with a graduate level preferred.
Experience 7-8 years work experience in similar position or having equivalent kind of skills experience
Knowledge of applicable Oracle and Hyperion reporting applications and tools is essential
3-5 years broad based experience
2 years of experience as a technical lead
2-4 years of experience on large-scale data warehousing/business analytics project implementation to be able to leverage new tools and determine what information is configured into what tools
Familiarity with finance systems highly desirable
