Strategic Analyst Role - specialising within Performance Management and Analysis
Core Purpose of the Role:
Through performance management & analysis, reinforce the WBM vision of customer centricity, consistency and agility and enable understanding of our delivery of WBM Strategic Priorities.
A proven track record in:
Operating and influencing stakeholders across all levels of seniority (evidenced by being sought out by the business as a credible thought partner).
The execution of MI and BSC projects in a capital markets/wholesale banking environment
Collaborative working, building strong relationships with key support areas (eg Risk, Finance, and HR).
