Finance Project Support Analyst

My client a leading global brand requires a Finance Project Support Analyst to take up a new role focused on developing and implementing a new business model.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of a new business model. The individual will be a key member of the finance stream for the project, helping to ensure finance deliverables are met and necessary business analysis is undertaken.
• There will be significant interaction with IT throughout the project to ensure system alignment.
• Analysis, identification and tracking of KPIs will be a key requirement.
• This position requires the ability to quickly learn the business and finance processes in order to fully evaluate the impact of the changes being made and support key decision making to ensure a successful transition.
• The individual in this role may be required to undertake some business as usual work if necessary to indirectly support the project.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• 3 years Experience within a finance function, 1 year of which working within an analytical role
• Previous Project and change management experience preferable
• Strong PC skills including Lotus Notes/Word/Excel/E1 and Access
• Excellent telephone/communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team, be proactive in approach, prioritise, flexible with good organisational skills
• Self motivated and ability to use initiative
