Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply chain analyst with experience of end to end supply chain analysis to join us at an exciting project in one of our clients.
The role will involve:
To review a range of supply chain strategy scenarios, with supporting impact assessments and business cases, for the complete redesign of a supply chain for the delivery of magazines to retailers.
The main deliverables will be:
- Undertaking a structured evaluation strategic options for restructuring an industry supply chain.
- Validating the recommended approach and the impacts on stakeholders at each stage in the supply chain.
- Validating changes required to achieve the new model. Validating cost models.
- Wring a paper summarising conclusions. Undertaking a structured evaluation strategic options for restructuring an industry supply chain.

Skills and experience:
- Development of supply chain strategies
- Supply chain improvement and optimisation
- Strong background as a supply chain analyst, strategist, designer, manager
- Experience of designing distribution networks and distribution strategies
- Experience selecting geographic locations for distribution centres (DCs)
