Openview Service/Help Desk, 1st/2nd line Support Technician. The position involves monitoring the Openview helpdesk application and reviewing incident tickets for either immediate processing or reassignment as appropriate. A knowledge of MS products and Lotus Notes would be an advantage. The successful candidate must live, or be prepared to stay, within reasonable travelling distance of the Heathrow area for the duration of the contract.
