Description
Stellar opportunity for two Network/Telecomm Engineers. These are full time, contract opportunities located in Copper Cliff, Ontario, Canada. Must be able to work under strict deadlines and have flexible schedule to allow resource to perform certain activities off hours (when necessary).
DUTIES:
1. Perform detailed underground discovery and inventory of networks and telecomm equipment, wiring and circuitry.
2. Work with consultant to complete asset inventory forms, underground wiring layouts and other miscellaneous documentation.
REQUIRED:
1. IT (telecommunications and network) experience.
2. Prior working experience in underground mining operations.
3. Experience with phone/network installation and troubleshooting equipment.
4. Must have own transportation to/from mine.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Able to pass State and Company mining operations certification(s).
