Client
Established global organisation who is leading the network vendor market share. They are seeking an experienced Radio Network Planning and Optimisation Engineers who will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment and optimization of wireless telecommunications networks

Role

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of wireless telecommunications networks
  • Design phase - oversee pre-deployment equipment analysis, technology assessment, radio network planning, and interference analysis, demand planning, test and measurement of the equipment, and interfacing with the market development team.
  • Supervise optimal network performance, KPI and network statistics analysis, and parameter optimization
  • Oversee and guide the work of RF and optimization Engineers
  • RF network design, planning and optimization activities as required
  • Set-up, calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products
  • Understand equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators and perform inter-modulation analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ experience in radio network planning and optimization
  • Good understanding of KPIs and  MapInfo software
  • This is an English speaking project
