Description
This leading financial services company requires an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Project Team.
You will be assisting in undertaking administration, monitoring and reporting tasks to support the delivery of projects.
To be considered for this role you will have previous demonstrable experience in a project coordinator/administrator role, as well as:
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and MS Project
- Project skills in the user of SharePoint; management of document libraries and lists, creation/modification of public views.
- Outstanding communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Strong coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Abode Acrobat
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
If successful you will be joining the team in the North Sydney Office with restaurants, shops and public transport at your doorstep.
