Special Educational Need (SEN) and Complex Needs Commissioning Manager:
Special Educational Need (SEN) and Complex Needs Commissioning Manager required for a 6 month contract in Barnet.
Role:
- To be the lead officer for SEN and Complex Needs procurement activity, ensuring best value, safeguarding and contractual compliance
- To review from end to end, the systems and processes for the commissioning, procurement and placement of SEN children and young people (the statement process is undertaken by another team)
- To lead and manage a small team of SEN commissioning (finance and placement) officers
