Job Description
Our client has a need for a QA Automation tester for a 9-12 month contract in the Sugar Land, TX area.

Requirements:
8 years of manual testing, 4 years developing automation test scripts, 1 year as an automation lead.
Demonstrated experience writing test plans and test automation scripts in multiple commercial systems (Quality Center or Team Foundation Server or other) as well as via Unix Shell and other Scripting languages.
Demonstrated experience leading the development of a framework for test automation of a n-tier system with Windows clients with Unix Back End Servers, database Servers and Middleware messaging.
Good working knowledge of Unix commands, Unix Shell Scripts and other Scripting languages, SQL commands, and experience testing XML interfaces.
Desired - Domain knowledge of electricity distribution power systems and electric utility terminology.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
