Control Systems Safety Engineer/Systems Engineer
Location: Derby
Contract: Initially 12 months (with a possibility of extension)
Salary: £40.00 per hour
The Company:
A leading aerospace client, dealing in the design, development and manufacture of electronic control systems for aero gas turbine engines.
The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a control systems safety engineer to support new product development. You will be responsible for identifying safety constraints for new systems designs, assessing operational safety issues and recommending risk management plans.
The Candidate:
You will have experience of working as a safety engineer with safety-critical Embedded software systems in a highly regulated industry. You will possess the ability to communicate complex safety information simply and accurately, and have an aptitude for analytical work.
Technical: Fault Tree Analysis, Common Cause Analysis, Safety, Functional Hazard Assessment, Analysis and reliability.
Commutable: Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire
