Position Summary
CCCi’s client has an immediate, long term contract opportunity for a Salesforce.com Business Analyst focused on the SFDC Service Cloud. The selected individual will work closely with the business users and sales team of our client’s to define business processes for future state as well as define best practices for their instance of Salesforce.com. They will also be responsible for writing functional specifications for both sales and support business processes, etc. This individual will need to have a history of working with sales and support personnel and key leadership for requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and Documenting Business Requirements, Use Cases and Functional Specifications including detailed process flows.
- Working with Business and IT stakeholders, propose solutions meeting business needs and minimizing SFDC customizations.
- Creating, documenting and Executing (UAT) Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Results.
- Managing UAT sessions and Project communication.
- Issue Management and Tracking.
- Status Reporting and Tracking.
- Setting and Managing Expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with SFDC.
- Proven experience in SFDC implementations
- Experience with SalesForce.com’s Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Experience in Salesforce.com application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of the Force.com platform a plus
- Experience in developing Salesforce.com custom objects and fields, work-flow business rules, and reports and dashboards.
- Extend native SFDC reports to leverage custom fields to create meaningful reports, dashboards
- Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application
- Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design, implementation
- Effectively work with management and other remote staff to accomplish Salesforce.com project deliverables
- Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Requirements/Other
- SFDC Service Cloud Certifications a plus
- Candidates local to Raleigh, NC will get preference, but the client will consider candidates outside of these areas as long as they are prepared to be onsite in Raleigh – at a minimum – 4 days per week.
