Initial Review/Site Survey Review Analyst

CCCi has an awesome opportunity for a candidate to work with our large local Computer Services client in positions of Initial Review/Site Survey Review (IR/SSR) supporting their Project Management Office. Client is looking for very sharp candidates to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment supporting a major financial institution. This project will require dedicated persons to support the Project Team and be able to support a wide variety of administrative duties. Job requirements will include, but are not limited to: overall documentation of formal and non-formal discussions, work in a professional environment, provide customer service via phone and in person, Initial Review position will be responsible for the initial review of the inbound data coming from Site Surveys (field engineers). Identify any/all issues of a site survey package and the quality and secondary check of Site Survey packages after it has gone through IR. Site Survey Review role has the ability to lead and direct weekly conference calls as Chairperson with as many as 30 participants. Must have Excellent communication skills required in order present data to customers as requested.

Candidates MUST be aggressive, have strong personalities and willing to be part of a fast paced and dynamic team! IR/QA skills and experience are that candidates are well versed in Visio, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Additional skills with PowerPoint and MS Outlook required. Must understand technical terminology, have extremely flexible work schedule, be very knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite and understand “to scale” drawings, possibly travel, and be energetic and passionate about detail.

Client needs very sharp candidates to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment!
Excellent communication skills required in order present data to customers as requested.

IR/SSR position description
- Job requires self-motivated person that enjoys paying attention to minute details and create log of found issues. Job will actually be reviewing submitted Visio and Excel documents from a Site Surveys of Banking Centers. It is very repetitious in nature and tedious. Candidates should be able to work under pressure and a lot of background noise.
- Report any/all issues identified in a predetermined report.
- Resolve any issue(s) that can be resolved that would prevent a revisit.
- Participate in meeting for review of identified issues/trends with Vendor Mgt.
- Ensure correct packaging of data using Adobe Acrobat.
- Manage file/folder structure of data and the appropriate movement within that file/folder structure deemed by HP.
- Report any/all issues identified in a predetermined report.
- Resolve any issue(s) that can be resolved that would prevent a revisit.
- Participate in meeting for review of identified issues/trends with Vendor Mgt.
- Ensure correct packaging of data using Adobe Acrobat.
- Manage file/folder structure of data and the appropriate movement within that file/folder structure deemed by client.
- Work with IR/QA Mgt in efforts of training/process/trending in support of Initial Review and/or Quality Assurance function.
- Ability to lead and direct weekly conference calls as Chairperson with as many as 30 participants
- Must have solid computer/technical knowledge-basic understanding of technical terms, routers/switches/hubs and ethernet/token ring, etc. Candidate will have these questions on their weekly call and need to have good fundamental knowledge!
- Strong PC skills required
- Creation and manipulation of Visio diagrams, Excel spreadsheets as well as Acrobat PDF and MS Word documents
- Scheduling meetings using MS Outlook
- Successful management of online file structure to maintain integrity of data
- Must have strong verbal skills as meetings can be difficult and written communication skills to keep track of items.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly adaptable to rapid changes in the business environment
- Be able to multitask and concentrate in a fast paced and sometimes loud business environment
- Must have patience with the BOA contacts, etc. and at times their is high anxiety as you work your way through meetings, etc.
