E-commerce PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST - NASHVILLE, TN

Specific Experience:

  • PM/BA work on an E-commerce solution
  • Experience with site search and navigation experience preferred

General Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes
  • Planning and facilitating sessions to gather and document requirements and explore solutions
  • Analyzing and documenting information system requirements
  • Designing applications, processes, and/or procedures
  • Constructing data models and activity/process models
  • Coordinating closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications
  • Providing support for the installation, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of information systems
  • Documenting findings, considerations, and recommendations
  • Tracking project issues, project status, and project task completion
  • Updating project plans to record project progress
  • Working with project manager to complete project administration tasks
  • An understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective and cost-efficient manner

  • Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

  • Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
  • Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
