E-commerce PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST - NASHVILLE, TN
Specific Experience:
- PM/BA work on an E-commerce solution
- Experience with site search and navigation experience preferred
General Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes
- Planning and facilitating sessions to gather and document requirements and explore solutions
- Analyzing and documenting information system requirements
- Designing applications, processes, and/or procedures
- Constructing data models and activity/process models
- Coordinating closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications
- Providing support for the installation, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of information systems
- Documenting findings, considerations, and recommendations
- Tracking project issues, project status, and project task completion
- Updating project plans to record project progress
- Working with project manager to complete project administration tasks
- An understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective and cost-efficient manner

- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies agile methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Project Accounting:
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
