UK Payroll Subject Matter Expert & SAP Payroll Functional Consultantis urgently needed for this leading blue chip organisation.
Key responsibilities
Work as part of transformation projects in discussing business requirements for UK payroll with customers
Interact with clients to develop business requirements and blueprint documents
Designing the solution capable of handling UK payroll operations and customizing in accordance with local legal & statutory compliance requirements
Configuration of SAP UK payroll (Gross to net), complying to legal & statutory requirements
Configuration of Personnel Administration
Prepare configuration document of SAP UK Payroll
Configuration of posting payroll results to FICO
Integration between Time Evaluation and Payroll to access the time wage types determined by time evaluation for the determination of the gross wage
Customization of Payroll, Time Schemas and PCRs
Drive discussions around change management processes
Develop functional specifications for technical developments
Interact with offshore delivery teams to ensure development is as per requirements
Prepare unit test cases for SAP UK Payroll
Validation that deliverables meet functional requirements
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Expertise in UK Payroll - Build to Gross calculations, Gross to Net calculations, UK tax implications (employee/employer), Post Payroll, HMRC reporting, NI reporting, BACS transfers, annual processing, payroll statutory reports and forms
Expertise in defining and deploying end-to-end HR processes covering in entirety the Hire-to-Retire cycle across industries
Excellent grasp of process knowledge and best practices across Human Resources functions (eg UK Payroll, OM/PA, Time & Attendance, etc.) in the UK region
Ability to propose cost effective solutions that maximize savings for customers while assuring acceptable clients profit margins.
Setup and customization of SAP UK Payroll SCHEMA/PCRs.
Expertise in configuration related to SAP Positive Time Management, PA, OM module
Experience required:
8+ years of total work experience in HR Outsourcing domain spanning Transformation, BPO, Consulting
Experienced in global customer delivery and should have been a part of minimum 5 HR implementation cycles
Experienced in SAP HR transformation program delivery (end-to-end)
