Description
We would like to hear from consultants who are experienced SAP HR/PY consultants specifically with Australian Payroll experience only please. We are expecting to have several requirements over the next few months.
These will be contracts varying in length based in Sydney.
ESSENTIAL skills:
- Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the SAP Australian Payroll (PY) functional area.
- At least 2 full cycle implementations. Configuration experience within the SAP
PY module ECC5.0 & ECC6.0
- Experience configuring Payroll schema and rules.
- Ability to configure wage types.
- Understanding of SAP concurrent employment payroll functionality.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Provide expertise to ensure all aspects of the current state (Payroll system) situation are understood and key inputs, outputs and dependencies are identified.
- Proven track record in medium to large size, HR & payroll implementations.
- Analyse business requirements, develop proposals, specifications, test requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ability to Configure in the above areas.
- Provide SAP Payroll (PY) expertise in Strategies, Requirements Specifications,
- Functional Specifications, and Prototyping which meet customer requirements and project standards.
